Is Aurel free?
Yes. Aurel is completely free to use — all lessons, daily quotes, goals, habits, diary, and analytics are available to everyone at no cost.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap “Forgot password?” and enter your email address. We’ll send you a link to reset it. If you signed in with Google or Apple, use that provider’s account recovery instead.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and personal data. You can also email us and we’ll process the deletion for you.
Which devices does Aurel support?
Aurel is available for iPhone and iPad on the App Store, and for Android devices on Google Play.
How do I manage notifications?
You can turn daily reminders on or off in the app under Settings → Notifications, or in your device’s system settings for Aurel.
My data isn’t syncing across devices.
Make sure you’re signed in with the same account on each device and connected to the internet. If the problem continues, email us with your account email and a description of the issue.
I found a bug or have a feature request.
