How to remove your Aurel account and data
You can permanently delete your Aurel account at any time. Deleting your account removes your profile and personal data as described below. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the Aurel app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and associated data are permanently deleted.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can’t access the app, email us from the address associated with your account and we’ll delete it for you:

What data is deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your account and profile (name, email, profile photo)
- Your content — diary entries, goals, habits, and favourites
- Your progress, stats, and app usage tied to your account
Deletion is completed within 30 days of the request. Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you may be retained. We may also retain limited information where required by law.
