2.1 Information You Provide

• Account registration: When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name (optional).
• Authentication data: If you sign in via Google, Apple, or Facebook, we receive basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) from those providers.
• User content: Diary entries, goal progress, habit tracking data, and other content you actively create in the App.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: Screens viewed, features used, session duration, and interaction events — collected via Firebase Analytics.
• Crash reports: Crash logs and error information collected via Firebase Crashlytics to help us improve stability.
• Device information: Device type, operating system version, language settings, and timezone.
• Push notification tokens: Device tokens required to send you push notifications (if you grant permission).

2.3 Subscription & Purchase Information

Subscription purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. We do not collect or store your payment card information — all payment processing is handled by Apple.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the App
• To personalize your experience (e.g., daily quotes, progress tracking)
• To send push notifications (with your permission)
• To process and manage your subscription
• To diagnose and fix technical issues
• To understand how users interact with the App and improve its content

We do not use your information for advertising purposes or sell it to third parties.

We use the following third-party services that may collect information:

• Firebase (Google LLC): Authentication, database (Firestore), Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Messaging. Subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat: Subscription management and in-app purchase validation. Subject to RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.
• Apple (Sign in with Apple / App Store): Authentication and payment processing. Subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy.
• Google Sign-In:Optional social login. Subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Facebook Login: Optional social login. Subject to Meta’s Privacy Policy.

Your data is stored on Firebase infrastructure provided by Google, primarily in servers located in the United States or European Union. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and Firebase security rules to protect your data.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

Analytics data (aggregated, non-identifiable) may be retained for up to 14 months in accordance with Firebase Analytics defaults.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Request that we delete your account and personal data.
• Data portability: Request your data in a portable format.
• Opt out: Disable analytics collection in your device settings.

You can delete your account directly within the App via Settings → Account → Delete Account.

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may send push notifications to remind you to engage with daily content. You can disable notifications at any time in your device’s Settings or within the App. Disabling notifications does not affect your ability to use the App.

As we use Firebase (operated by Google), your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries. By using the App, you consent to such transfers. Where required, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
